The owner's country home, fully restored with antique and modern furniture where you can enjoy all these things which are part of the Tuscan life. The villa with its own private garden sleep 10 people and the farm sleeps a total of 19 guests. It has a lovely pool in a well kept garden.

This house is furnished with antique, Tuscan furniture and it is totally independent with a hedged garden around it. Typical terracotta tiled floors with wooden beamed ceilings and a veranda in the same style. On the ground floor welcomes you with a large sitting room, open fireplace, TV, telephone and a double sofa bed. A dining area is set behind arch and a fully equipped kitchen to the right, on the left a bathroom with shower. The first floor is reached by a spiral staircase and has two large bedrooms, 1 has a double bed and the other 2 singles. Private garden. |

Equipment and services: Linen and towels included and changed on a weekly basis. Suitable for children - babysitting service available. Baby cot and highchair at a small fee. Accessibility
Due to many stairs in the houses it is not suitable for wheelchair users, except for the sofa bed downstairs in the barn which also has a downstairs bathroom.
Outside
Each house has a private garden that is totally fenced in with furniture, shade and a BBQ. Shared pool between the 3 houses 6x12m in a lovely seperate garden with sun beds and a shower. Pool Open from May - October.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach at Pisa or Viareggio on the Tuscan coast which about a 120km by car.
Golf
The nearest golf course is at 30km.

Home catering is available on request. Cooking and art lessons can be given at the villa. Mountain bikes rented in Rufina.Very delightful position for hiking. Wine Tasting at many different farms nearby in the Chianti Rufina area. Pottery Lessons are available at a nearby village. Garden tours can be arranged with an English speaking guide. Yoga and Yang Tai Chi courses are available nearby.
Travel
Car hire is essential because although the house is 1.8km from Rufina there is no transport to the villa. Also to enjoy the Tuscan countryside a car is necessary. The main road to Rufina is 0.2 from the house. Rufina station and Bus stop is at 2km. Pisa airport 80km. Florence airport 25km. Bologna 120km.
