Final cleaning 15 euros per person (minimum 60).
Heating (depending on the season) 10/15 euros per day.
The rates are for the flat with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 300 euros more for the third bed room with a second toilet with shower. Price on demand for the availability of the sofa beds.
Changeover day
Usually, the changeover day is the Saturday, the arrival is between 5pm and 7pm and the departure within 10am.

In all the property there are some step. The house is built on many different floors on the hill.

About the owner
My name is Marilena, and I love so much to have guests and meet some foreign people. I like all kinds of music, the cinema, dance and travelling. It's very nice to talk with the guests about our beautiful region and give them the best helpful information for visiting it. I like suggest the best of the local food (pasta, risotto and gnocchi) or wine of Colli Berici.

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
My husband Ugo bought this property at the end of 1972, when was born our daughter Benedetta. The oldest part of this farm house was built in 1700 and the younger in 1800. The location was fantastic, with the little lake and the hills, and since in the little village of Pianezze there was the country house of his great grandfather, Ugo was very enthusiast. We soon started to restore this house that was fallen in ruin and we obtained two units in a semidetached house. We are leaving here from 1976 and it is always wonderful.
Unique benefits of the property
We like very much the amazing view, the sound of the wind, of the birds, of the nature, the green of the woods. We stay in a natural park of the WWF and, it's fantastic, in less than 15 minutes we are in the city center of Vicenza.
