A wonderful location in an old renaissance Tuscany villa. The villa is located in the heart of Chianti shire between Florence and Siene. It is surrounded by a huge agricultural estate in which the owners produce a very good wine and extra virgin olive oil. A large garden, with a beautiful swimming pool, is on disposal of the guest for their relax. The property is an ideal and charming place for discovering Tuscany, in fact it is very easy to reach the main cities like Florence, Siene, Volterra, San Gimignano and all the characteristic small bourgs which are in the Chianti area.

| The apartment is upstairs. You will enter in a very large dining room with a kitchen in Tuscany stile. The furniture's are old and you can see on the wall big pictures of an important Italian contemporary artist. The two bedrooms are more simply even if you will find characteristic Tuscan furniture of XIX century. The pink bedroom has two separate beds, while the blue bedroom has a double bed with two windows which open onto the beautiful landscape of the vineyard of the farm. There is also a large studio with a sofเ bed which can be used for children, and one bathroom with shower. | |

| The entrance of this apartment is in common with the apartment Cappella: you will find an old important stairs which reach the first floor of the villa where there are the two apartments. The name of the apartment is originated from the big loggia which open onto the valley. It is a romantic apartment with a large dining room with a sitting corner in front of the fireplace. The 2 bedrooms are double and the bathroom has a shower. | |

| The entrance of this apartment is in common with the apartment Loggia: you will find an old important stairs which reach the first floor of the villa where there are the two apartments. The apartment takes its name from the small gentry chapel which you can see from the windows of one bedroom. At the entrance you will find a furnished kitchen on the right side and a twin bedded bedroom on the left. From the kitchen you can access to the fantastic covered loggia (35 sq.m.) which open onto the valley, the garden and the pool. It has a country sitting corner, and a large table with iron chairs. This apartment is very charming, especially in the summer when you can spend a lot of your days under the loggia, drinking and dreaming about the Tuscan landscape. | |
Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is very suitable for the families with children, infact you are in the open countryside and the place is very sure and safe. There is not air conditioned , the heating is payable on consume. You will find the apartment clean with fresh linen and towels for all the guests. The final cleaning are included in the price.
Outside
The pool is shared with the other guests of the villa, there are umbrellas with sunbeds for each apartment. The size of the pool is 9X5, and it is surrounded by a large garden with olives trees, and a barbecue area. A large table in the garden is on disposal for the people which like to make a country picnic.

The nearest beaches are 80 km far.
Special interest holidays
If you have some special interest, we advise our guests that we can organize several activities like painting or cookery course, wine tours, biking, horsebackriding. We can suggest to our guest how to spend their time visiting the best place in the area or booking for them tickets for museum, theatre, and others appointments.
Travel
The car is essential for your stay. You can rent it to the airport or the train station very easily; in the summer is better to book it.
The nearest airport is in Florence , one hour driving from our farm.
For international arrivals the PISA and ROME airport are the best.
Distances
The nearest village is Tavarnelle val di Pesa, Siene and Florence are 30 minutes driving from us ( 25/30 km). The surrounding is full of ancient villages like San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, and all the small bourg of the Chianti shire.

All the facilities are close to the farm, in the village of Tavarnelle.
