There is a swimming pool with Roman steps (5x10m, 1.2 to 1.70 deep) in the landscaped gardens. It offers self catering accommodation for 12/18 guests, 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 professional kitchen, 1 dining room and 2 living rooms. The Villa is also the perfect base for visiting historic hill towns just 30 minutes drive for Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, and only 20 minutes drive for Città di Castello and Cortona.

Booking notes
30% deposit is taken at time of booking. Final balance is due 4 weeks before arrival date. Security deposit of 500 euros per week. This is returned within 7 days of departure subject to confirmation that no damage has occurred.
