Villa due Cipressi has two apartments for rent, one for 6 or 8 people the other for 2 or 4. A third apartment is occupied by the owners. The Villa is situated in a superb position with magnificent views to the nearby town of Trevi, which can be reached by foot in only ten minutes. Trevi has an unspoilt charm and offers several very good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars and shops. The beautifully restored Villa lies in a semi-fortified estate just outside the city walls. Below the house, reached by an ancient, arched stone staircase, is the secluded garden which has a large swimming pool (12m x 6m). Both apartments have private terraces with wonderful views across the surrounding countryside. The apartments are spacious, light and furnished in a modern style.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday however there can be some flexibility in low season period.
Arrival after 3pm and no later than 8 pm.

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments are centrally heated and Traviata has an open fire.

Accessibility
The garden and pool can be reached by a sloping road, therefore guests with mobility problems do not need to climb stairs.
Outside
Each apartment has a private terrace with barbecue and tables, chairs and sun umbrellas.
The pool (12m x 6m)is shared between the two apartments and a third apartment in which the owners live all year round. The natural stone terrace around the pool is furnished with loungers and sun umbrellas.
Coast/Beach
Closest beaches are on the Adriatic coast, approximately an hour and a half drive away. We suggest Numana or Sirolo as the cleanest and prettiest.
Travel
Nearest airport is Perugia (30 mins by car); soon to become international.
Ancona (Ryanair) 1 hour 45 mins by car / train.
Rome Ciampino (Ryanair EasyJet) 2 hours by car.
Rome Fiumicino (Many airlines) 2 and a half hours.
Trevi is on the main Rome -Ancona line and trains are regular and very economical; about an hour and a half to Rome, two and a half hours to Florence.
Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Distances
Trevi is 5 minutes away by car (10 minutes on foot), Montefalco, Foligno and Spoleto 15 mins by car.
Assisi and Spoleto are 20 mins drive away. Perugia 45 mins, Todi and Gubbio 1 hour and Orvieto 90 mins; Rome is 2 hours and Florence 2 and a half hours away by car.
Further details
There are tennis and riding facilities close by and in the valley below is a twenty mile cycle route (from Spoleto to Assisi). There are all amenities in Trevi, however there is a large shopping centre ten minutes drive away. The closest large town is Foligno (11kms away) with great clothes shops. Local restaurants serve exceptionally good traditional fare, using the outstanding olive oil, truffles, celery and wild boar from the area. The wines from Montefalco are highly prized and the famous Sagrantino is unique to the region. There are fabulous walks in the mountains behind Trevi and through the neighbouring Valnerina, where rafting is also on offer.

The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
