Villa Fabbroni is an historical property recently renovated,situated in the heart of Chianti Classico area with private garden and olive grove,with magnificent views.It is a perfect location to spend a nice holiday in the country,but at the same time close to the city of historical interest like Florence,Siena and San Gimignano.4km far from San Polo’s village,where are situated shops,bank whit ATM,bar and restaurants.Situated in the oldest part of the villa where wine was once fermented in large chestnut barrels,there is the restaurant of Villa Fabbroni, reserved exclusively for our guests and open Friday, Saturday and Sunday for dinner with our specialties (homemade pasta, roasts, etc) served in the ambiance of a typical Tuscan wine cellar with arched brick ceilings and stone walls. Special features of our apartments include wood-beam ceilings and antique furnishings in synchrony with the atmosphere.Swimming pool 10 x 5m large, depth 1.5m all over.Internet wi-fi access available.

Special features of this apartment include wood-beam ceilings and furnishings in synchrony with the atmosphere. The private terrace is complete with garden furniture. The property has private garden surrounding with olive trees. Every apartment has a private garden or terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Swimming pool 10 x 5m large; depth 1.5m all over with nice garden. Large terrace close swimming pool to shared with the others guests.

The property is situated at 1 hour and 15 minutes from the beach (Viareggio).

Distances
The villa is up the hill, 4km far from San Polo's village. Siena is at 60km, San Gimignano 40km, Florence 20km. Chianti vineyards are all easily accessible by car.
Further details
The owners, Sergio and Stefano, lives in the villa and are very happy to suggest nearby places of interest depending on guests' preferences and deal with queries. They speak English, French, German and Italian. In the village there are 2 restaurants, a bar, 2 shops and bank with ATM where basic provisions can be purchased. There is also a good supermarket and other shops and banks in Figline Valdarno the nearby town, about 15 minutes away.
Booking notes
30% of the rent is payable on booking. The balance is payable on arrival. Minimum length of stay 3 days in low season, one week in medium and high season.

We had a lovely week at La Fattoria, Villa Fabbroni in June 2010. The location of the villa is fabulous for those wishing to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside.Hiring a car is absolutely essential to make the most of your stay - with major cities (Florence, Siena) and smaller towns/villages of the Chianti region within easy reach for day trips.
Villa Fabbroni is rustically renovated and enjoys stunning views over the rolling hills of Tuscany. The owners are very thoughtful, knowledgeable, accommodating and welcoming - making your stay memorable and relaxing.

A magical place .. I celebrated my 60th with some friends and it was perfect - I even became quite attached to the narrow winding drive up the mountain from San Polo. Villa Fabbroni is delightedly different .. overlooks mountains and forests although just a little down the track are those Tuscan views one imagines .. olive groves, vineyards and dotted villas here and there.
