The apartment is on the 1st floor with a large private terrace with sea view amongst olive and almond trees. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms, a lounge with open plan kitchen and shower, wc, bidet and is totally self-sufficient. Satellite TV is also available.

Compulsary weekly cleaning 30 euros. Large bath towels 5 euros, hand towels 3 euros (changes weekly). Washing machine use 5 euros per load. Central heating prices upon request.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but other arrival/departure days can be agreed. Arrival time is after 2pm, departure time is before 10am.
