Dining area seat 4 people. Shower room with shower enclosure, wc, wash basin and bidet. Flat screen TV with digital channels, DVD player, Hi-Fi/CD/MP3 System + CDs, air-con, heating; reference/guide books on Venice, Veneto region and popular literature. 100% cotton bedlinen, towels, blankets, loo paper and liquid soap provided. "Suve" supermarket, ATM/Bancomat machines, water bus stops are very close by. We'll meet you on arrival. The flat is non smoking only.

The flat is tucked away, so that you won't be disturbed by the noise from St. Mark's Square. The address of the studio is very prestigious indeed: St. Mark's Square. I offer the most competitive rate of 90.00 euros per night and 580.00 euros per week inclusive. It is a bargain.

The building has no lift. 2nd floor apartment (counting ground floor, then 1st and then the 2nd floor) for UK/Europe and count 3rd floor for US/Canadian guests.
Outside
No balcony or terrace. You will have a lovely apartment by St. Mark's for 90.00 euros per night where near by 3 star hotel charge for economy (whatever that means) room 400.00 euros per night in May.
Coast/Beach
Lovely sandy beaches of Lido island are within 15 min from St. Mark's Square by vaporetto No 1, 2, 51.
Golf
Venice Golf Club is based on Lido Island and within half an hour away by boat from St. Mark's Square.
Skiing
Cortina resort is 1.5 hours away from Venice by car.

Travel
From Marco Polo Int. Airport please take dedicated (greenish) shuttle bus which goes directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice or local bus No 5. Ticket cost 3.00 euros, travel time approx. 20 min. From Piazzale Roma in Venice take vaporetto (water bus) No 51 to San Zaccaria stop (which is actual San Marco).
Distances
Murano island is 30 min away by water bus, Burano is 45 min away by vaporetto No 5 from St. Mark's Square, Giudecca is 10 min away by water bus, Lido is 15 min away by water bus.
Further details
Good nightlife around St. Mark's Square: excellent bars, restaurants are right by the door step of the apartment - just enjoy it! Full advise/tour given on where to go, where to eat/shop and how to do things in Venice like Venetians do.
Booking notes
For 100.00 euros deposit require for 3 nights booking and the balance due on arrival. 40% deposit require for more then 3 nights bookings. A balance due on arrival. No written contracts or any 'paperwork' as such to complete, the confirmation will be given via e-mail. We meet and great our guests on arrival at nearest to the apartment water bus stop. We accept Pay Pal payments.
