Notes on prices
The charge for 2 nights rental is £290, 3 nights £330, 4 nights is £420, 5 nights is £480 and 6 nights is £540 or 7 nights is £590. This includes bed linen (sheets, pillow-cases) for 2 people sharing. There is an additional charge of £20 if two or three beds are required, and a further £15 for the bed for the 5th person. We are happy to quote for longer periods.
Prices for the property are quoted in UK Pounds. We can arrange for payment to be made in Euros, US Dollars and Australian Dollars.
Changeover day
We are flexible about changeover days. The apartment is available from 17.30 on the day of arrival and you are required to leave by 14.00 on your last day. (However, depending on other bookings we can often be flexible.)

Travel
Many airlines fly to Venice, and it is possible to get good deals if you shop around. The flight from London takes about an hour and a half. Ryanair fly to Treviso, but it should take you not more than an hour to get to Venice. All other airlines fly to Marco Polo Airport from which you can get to Venice by boat!
Distances
A superb base from which to see Venice.
Further details
Public transport in Venice is, of course, by boat 'vaporetto'. Most of the services call at St Mark's so the apartment is well suited for local boat trips, or longer ones to some of the many islands within the lagoon.
Booking notes
£200 is payable as a non-refundable deposit when the booking is confirmed. The remainder is required 2 months before your holiday begins.

We really loved the apartment - especially its 'shabby chic', artistic style and feel and the location is unbeatable.
The flat was perfect and it's really nice to stay somewhere that is so set up to be like home.
The apartment was great and perfectly situated.
