As you get into the house you will find the main sitting room, from there you access to an amazing terrace, complete with comfortably shaded garden furniture. The modern kitchen is well-equipped. From that area you access to the 4 bedrooms and to a marvellous terrace shaded and furnished. The whole house features air-conditioning. The amazing sea water pool gives the feeling to be suspended upon the Mediterranean sea. From the house through a private path you have exclusive land access to the sea. From the platform it is possible to dive into the mediterranean and enjoy amazing swims. The villa is reached from the main coastal road. There is parking space for as many as 3 cars

Accessibility
No problem for access to the house and to 2 of the bedrooms, as well as to the terrace. Not all the area of the property will be accessible. There is no way to reach the swimming pool with a wheel chair.
Outside
The swimming pool is a 17m by 6m. It has an infinity point and boasts salty water.
Coast/Beach
From the house through a private path you have exclusive land access to the sea.
Travel
Car hire is highly recommended, many tourists prefer to hire cars with drivers. 65kms from Naples (International Airport Capodichino). 265kms from Rome (Fiumicino Airport).
Distances
20 minutes from Amalfi, 25 minutes from Ravello, 40 minutes from Positano, 50 minutes from Pompei.
