The palazzo dates back to the period around 1400 and was once the refectory of monks. Steps of the silver-greyish Pietra-Serena stone bring you up to the flat on the second floor. Upon entering you will see an open space living room right in front of you. The room is very high and has a beautiful ancient wooden ceiling. There are 2 very high windows, the room is filled with light. As you open the windows, the palazzi of the opposite side of the road are in front of you. Leaning out of the window and looking to your right you will see a small part of the grand red cupola of the Duomo with its white lantern on top of it. Not many of the exclusive hotels of Florence can beat this central location! You don't need your car to visit the centre of Florence and you are very close to all the attractions and main monuments of the city. Here you will find a wooden chest and a double bed (1.40m wide). A modern armoire in front of the dining table hides the kitchen corner with small kitchenette.

| Kitchen: | A modern armoire in front of the dining table hides the kitchen corner with two electric hot plates, sink and fridge. The small kitchenette is not big enough to prepare generous meals with several courses, but sufficient for breakfast or a light meal. |
| Living Rooms: | Entering the apartment you find yourself immediately in the living room. In the living room there is a sofa next to a window, a wooden armoire for clothes, a wooden dining table to seat three people and a wooden corner cupboard for the crockery |
| Other: | As there is not much furniture and as the ceiling is very high, the atmosphere of the room is spacious and airy. The draperies have fresh colours - white, yellow and orange. Grey carpeting covers the floor of the 30 sqm room. |

A few meters from the house there is a bus stop - coming from the railway station the bus brings you directly opposite the house. On the opposite side of the road there is a café and restaurant. In one minute you can reach the famous museum of Bargello, and you only need five minutes to reach the beautiful Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery.
