Apartment in a fantastic complex with pool, overlooking the lake at Gardone Riviera. The apartment at Le Begonville 2 has two bedrooms and 1 shower room, and can sleep up 5 people in beds plus potentially two on a sofa bed. However, due to the size of the apartment (about 75m2) it's probably best suited to a maximum of 5 or 6. In total, there is 1 double bed and three bunks in the smaller bedroom (the third bunk slides out from under the lower bunk, and can be placed next to the lower bunk to make a double bed. The apartment is perfect for families as the living room, which has a flatscreen LCD television and DVD player with selection of DVDs, opens out on a private fenced garden with a truly stunning lake view. There is a large shared swimming pool, available for use between the middle of May and the end of September. The kitchen is of a very good quality and is fully fitted, with a full hob/oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. |

Outside
Both apartments have small private gardens and patio with wonderful lake views. The shared swimming pool is large and also has a lake view.
Coast/Beach
Lake front and small beach 3km drive or 1km as the crow flies.
Golf
3 golf courses within a 30 minute drive: Bogliaco Golf, Garda Golf and Palazzo Arzaga.
Skiing
Closest skiing resort is Gaver, approximately 40 minutes drive, perfect for day trips. Madonna di Campiglio (championship ski resort) is 1-2 hours drive. Guided ski day trips available on request.
Travel
The apartments are served by three airports providing low-cost flights: Verona Brescia (40 mins), Bergamo (1 hour) and Verona (1 hour).
Distances
The nearest (very small and quaint!) village is approximately 100 metres away. A larger village with restaurants, shops and hotels is about 800m - 1km away. Alternatively the lake front is 3km down the hill. Also very near by (1-2km) are some attractions of the lake such as Il Vittoriale and the Botanical Gardens. Gardaland and the waterparks/safari parks are about a 30-45 minute drive away.
Booking notes
£250 required to secure dates as non-returnable deposit. Full balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cleaning and linen hire plus final laundry are extra, payable with final balance.

My name is Sarah and I have been living on Lake Garda for 13 years with my Italian husband, who is from the area. Il Palazzo "La Terrazza" belongs to us, whereas "I Balconi" belongs to my parents. We also manage other rental properties for owners in the area.
