The Italian/Canadian family will make your stay comfortable and will help you organise your excursions before and during your holiday. The family offers: Horseback lessons/trekking, Private or group Tuscan cooking lessons in English, relaxation, meditation, massage, private parties, private excursions in Lucca. No car required. Village train station is a 4 min. walk. 5 min. train ride to Lucca. On property private parking. Summer day Camp for your children while you shop. Local airport with helicopter tours and parachute. Notes on prices
Low Season February to May min. 4 nights. Single room w/bathroom 30€ per night /with shared kitchen 60€ per night. Double room 55€/with kitchen 85€. 2 bedroom apartment up to 4 guests 600€ a week.
High Season(June-September 30th) min. 1 week. 2 bedroom apartment up to 4 guests 825€. Fifth guest extra 10€ a day. 3rd bedroom and bathroom if available on request .
Utilities: 6 euros a day, cleaning fee 15 euros a guest.

Changeover day
Saturdays or other days on request. Check in:4pm-11pm. Check out of room: 8am-10am(garden is open). Any delays must be communicated at least 48 hours before arrival. No refund will be given if the guest is unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date.

Outside
You'll really enjoy the garden for relaxing, reading or playing. Watch the horses or sheep go by while having a BBQ near the pool under the Tuscan Sun. You have use to the outside covered kitchen, saltwater generated system swimming pool (8x4) for all ages, Professional Gazebo, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, sun beds, football table, ping pong, bocce, toys for young children. The garden is about 10 meters away from the home and used for guests and the owners. Private parking space.

Beaches: 12km to Torre de Lago (Opera house of Puccini). 15km to Viareggio (Carnival in February). 50km to Carrara (Marble area). 1.5 hours to Cinque Terre.

Personal excursions: In the Lucca area (villas, olive oil and wine tastings, medieval towns, lunches, specialty shops, free time shopping, sightseeing, biking inside the wall of Lucca and much more. 1-4 people per excursion. We have several different excursions from 2 - 4 hours long for you to choose from. Private Tuscan meals and pastries. Italian cooking lessons in English. Horseback riding and/or training is available on request. Summer Day Camp for children aged 5 to 12 years old. Prices and excursion details can be personally emailed along with your confirmation booking.

Airports: Pisa 30 mins by car. 40 min. by train. Florence 50 mins by car. 1 1/2 hour by train. Car is not required to arrive at the Farmhouse (the train passes by the home in which you will hear, it stops at 11pm and starts again at 6:30am). Very convenient for everyone. 4 minute walk from the village station to the farmhouse.

Note on Early arrivals: you may arrive anytime of the day to drop off your luggage, swim in the pool or take the train into Lucca while your room is being prepared.
Booking notes
Once confirmed you will receive an email on how to secure your booking. Non-refundable deposit. A 50% deposit guarantees your reservation and the remainder balance is due 30 to 40 days before your arrival date. No paying service fees or taxes. Security deposit: On arrival a 100 euros security deposit is required and will be refunded on the departure day less any deduction for utilities. Documents: A photocopy of your valid Passport or European Identity Card is mandatory.
