Casa Lucchesi is located 4km from the wall of Lucca. A typical Tuscan residence area where you can experience the culture in a rustic country setting with just minutes away from all amenities. This family court farmhouse is comfortable and welcoming for all ages and cultures. English, Spanish and Italian speaking owners live on the property and are available for any questions or information you require. Walking Distance: Village Railway Station: 4 min. walk to the Farmhouse (6 min. train ride to Lucca Station). Delicatessen, Butcher shop, bakery, coffee shop, tobacco shop, hair salon, Gym, mechanic, dry cleaners, magazine and clothing shop all within 2 min. walk. Catholic Church: 4 minutes. Coffee shop by day and pub/music by night: 5 minutes. Disco: 15 minute walk. Kids park: 2 minutes. Notes on prices
Long Term lets available on request from October to May. To be paid at c/out: Final Cleaning: 2 bedroom suite (60 euros). 1 bedroom suite (30 euros). Utilities (50 euros per week). (Winter-Utilities 70 euros) Linen and towels provided (10 euros a person every change on request) beach towels provided. Change over days are flexible on request - due to flight availability. Beds available: 5 singles, 2 doubles, play pen for babies. Children 5 yrs. old or younger are free if sleeping with parents.

There is a BBQ, a pool for all ages, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, sun beds, football table, bocce, ping pong, badminton, toys for young children. Football area to play. The garden is about 8 meters away from the home and is closed in with a fence making it secure and private for all guests. Parking space available in front of the home.

Beaches: 12km to Torre de Lago (Opera house of Puccini). 15km to Viareggio (Carnival in February). 30km to Carrara (Marble area). 45km to Cinque Terre.

Airports: Pisa 25 mins by car. 40 min. by train. Florence 45 mins by car. 1 1/2 hour by train. Car is not required to arrive at Casa Lucchesi. Very Convenient for everyone. 4 minute walk from the village station to the farmhouse.

Once confirmed you will receive an email from PayPal to secure your booking. Non-refundable deposit. 50% deposit to secure your booking. Balance payable 30 days before your arrival date.
Security deposit: On arrival a 200 euros security deposit is required and will be refunded on the departure day less any deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs that were not included in the package.
Documents: A Valid Passport or European Identity Card is mandatory.
