You can easily reach ancient cities of the Etruscan civilization like Tarquinia. Orvieto and Viterbo 20km, Todi, Assisi and Perugia are also very nearby. You can also enjoy the Bolsena's lake 14km. Rome is just 1 hour driving and Siena 1½ hour.

Heating included. The furnishing is constantly and carefully selected by the owner, everything is in a typical Italian country style and in perfect conditions. The apartment has an equipped big kitchen with fireplace and dining table. More photos are available upon request.
On the ground floor there are also one double bedroom and a big bathroom.

A glass door, facing the private garden, leads from the kitchen to a nice porch where are located barbecue, table and chairs.
The garden around is decorated with terracotta vases and flowerpots.
