The area surrounding Arezzo offers countless opportunites for sightseeing. Arezzo is ideal base for one-day excurisions and trips to discover Tuscany and its typical cuisine and wine. Twice a year (June and September) medieval history is revived in the city with the performance of the tournament known as the Giostra del Saracino and accompanying paegents.
