Coast/Beach
An entire plethora of unspoiled Adriatic beaches lies literally on your doorstep. Start from Trani Harbor and continues as far as you would like, either by car or on foot, to experience a whole stretch of beaches including Lido Those with cafe / bar and children play areas, soccer or volleyball facilities, none of them in the least bit commercialized at all - just the necessities to enjoy the day at the beach. Or just stay and wander, on foot, through the harbor to the local beaches.
Golf
Barialto golf club in Casamassima (BA).
Approx 60km (approx 40 minutes) from Trani.
Approx. 35km (approx 20 minutes) from Bari (Palese) Airport (BIS).
The golf course, designed in cooperation with the American William W. Amick and the Italian Giorgio Ferraris is very varied and snakes through palm trees, century-old olive groves and five lakes of the south Italian coast. The fairways are very neat and seem to challenge the players to use all their clubs.

Distances
Trani is an ideal location for exploring the heart of Puglia with the neighboring towns of Locorotondo, Alberobello, Martina Franca and the famous Ostuni. Puglia, the remote heel of Italy's boot, dramatically combines fairytale cottages, Baroque churches and Pagan dances and the area is not an obvious destination for foreign visitors. Italian families return year on year to the tourist villages that proliferate the coast.
