Approx 5km from the Norman city of Cefalu. Situated close to the sea – this can be considered like the perfect place where you can spend a quiet holiday full of relaxation!

Prices are for the property per week in euros. Reduced prices for 2 people. Above prices include linen, gas, electricity and final cleaning. Minimum of 3 nights stay. Extra charge of 50 euros per week for air conditioning and heating.
Changeover day
Dates are flexible according to availability, arrival times from 2pm onwards, departure time 10am, alternative arrangements can be made on request.

Notes on accommodation
The house located on one floor with a large terrace suitable for children to play also for elderly. Cot is available on request. The house have a new heating system so is perfect also during winter months and air-conditioning, to refresh the all house during the hot summer days
Outside
Private garden, patio, barbecue and outdoor furniture. The outside terrace is very large suitable for summer alfresco dining.
Coast/Beach
Within walking distance of 800m to the sandy/cobbled beach of Sant'Ambrogio where during the summer months, where one can hire sunchairs and umbrella's. There's 2 bars and one pizzeria/restaurant.
Travel
The closest airport is Palermo Punta Raisi distance of 113km which most of the drive is on the motorway. Ferry port in Palermo is 90km from the house. Port of Cefalů is 4km where the ferries to the Aeolian Islands leave from during the summer months.
Distances
The apartment is located 1km from the enchanting village of Sant‘Ambrogio, 5km from the picturesque old fishing town of Cefalú on Sicily’s northern Mediterranean coastline. From Sant’Ambrogio you can easily reach many of the region’s most attractive areas including the beach 100m, the bustling city of Palermo 40 mins by car, the spectacular Aeolian Islands 2 hours by boat and the Park of the Madonie Mountains.

There's a supermarket, 2 bars and 2 restaurants in the village of Sant'Ambrogio. Cefalů is the place one can shop, go to the museum of Madralisca to see the paiting by Antonello Da Messina 'Unknown Man' The Teatro dei Pupi (Puppet show) shown in Cefalů twice a week.

We spent a fantastic holiday at Casa Margherita in August/September. With its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house provides comfortable accommodation for 2 couples. Nicely designed by the owner himself, Casa Margherita is a beautiful and authentic place. You will find everything you need in the house, and even more than that. The kitchen is well-equipped, and all the basic staff is already there (olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt, sugar, bottle of water, etc), which is nice and very helpful. The terrace is fantastic, as we spent a lot of unforgettable evenings there. We also liked the small patio with a nice view in the garden - a very cosy place in a natural shade. Cefalu is not far away, about 10 min by car. If you are staying at Casa Margherita the car is essential - for shopping, travelling and even going to and from the beach. The beach is quite close and you can reach it by foot. Luba and Nikita (Sweden)
