Costa degli Ulivi village is an exclusive, small complex of terraced houses overlooking Marinella Bay, just few minutes car away from the worldwide most famous Porto Rotondo. Very set in a well maintained garden in perfect harmony with the natural environment, the peaceful complex is surrounded with marvellous olives trees, bougainvillea, jasmine and perfumed juniper. Costa degli Ulivi, lies on the North-Eastern coast of Sardinia island, right in the middle of Mediterranean Sea, just one or two hours flight from the main European cities. Within a couple of hours and less, you can visit so many extraordinary places; but the main attraction however is the sea itself; the cleanest and most transparent sea and the granite bases sand reflects unique emerald colours that inspired the name Costa Smeralda. Few minutes car away from shops, bars, restaurants and the most beautiful Sardinian beaches. The complex is neighbouring "Villa Certosa" the famous property of Italian Prime Minister.

Winter period heat charge will be added : 50 euros per wek.
check-in after 4 pm, check out within 11 am. Payment: 30% at booking. 70% at key delivery.
Changeover day
Saturday is the standard changeover day. Other day can be possible on request.

The house is not accessible by wheelchair.

A common garden with a private open car parking N16 F.
The complex of Costa degli Ulivi has a private descent to the sea which via a short walk through the Mediterranean vegetation accesses a private rocky bathing area with crystalline waters.
Coast/Beach
Costa degli Ulivi has a private access to the sea, a small path takes you to a rocky shore where you can sunbath or swim in a emerald blue-green water.
Sandy beaches are 10/15 minutes drive away, 1.5 km Marinella beach, 2km Ira beach, Punta Volpe...and Liscia Ruja, Il Principe, Cala Brandinchi, Capriccioli, Cala di Volpe...
All the beaches around Costa degli Ulivi are universally considered among the most stunning in the Mediterranean. In July and August can get quite busy.
Golf
Pevero Golf Course is Just 18 km away from home. Designed by Robert Trent-Jones, surrounded by dense vegetation and bizarre rock formations, with breathtaking sea views from each green, Cala di Volpe on one side and Pevero Bay on other, this 18 holes golf course, is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the word. Lies on the northern part of Sardinia, on the same parallel as Naples has an excellent climate, with very mild Winters. The heat of Summer is refreshed by the frequent Mistral wind. The mild winters and its proximity to the rest of Europe and its natural environment make Pevero Golf course an ideal place where to play all year round. It is open all year round ( closed only in 15 January 2010 -15 February 2010).Facilities. Restaurant, bar snacks, changing room, pro shop, client hire, buggy hire, trolley hire, driving range.

Meridiana flies from the most important Italian and European cities to Olbia.
BA , Easyjet, Jet2 fly directly from London, Bristol, Leeds, Birminghan to Olbia.

Olbia is full of shops, supermarket, restaurants, banks, pharmacy etc... I suggest to visit Billa supermarket on the way to Costa degli Ulivi, well stocked with typical Sardinian food. At home you can find a large number of maps and indications of restaurants, agritourisme, bar, fishshopos and whatever you need for a very comfortable vacation. The location of your apartment was perfect and the views are stunning. The apartment is really comfortable and has everything we needed. We have visitied many places along the northen coast and been up and down a lot of hills in hand! we have cooked and eaten some of local food and it was all lovely. I am sure we will be visiting Sardinia again one day and will want to stay in your apartment again.
