An exclusive, elegantly finished apartment, old early XX century furniture, marble floors, located in a small building recently reconstructed. The apartment is 105 square metres and has a large entrance, living room (with double sofà bed), two double-size bedrooms, one single bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen (fully equipped), and two balconies. The bedrooms are spacious and well furnished with double-size or single beds. There is a shower in the bathroom and modern toilet-set. The apartment has air conditioning and washing machine but no dishwasher, sorry, phone and internet ADSL connection.

Prices are per night in euros, for 2 persons minimum staying: 4 nights (not for Christmas, New Year, Easter). Each additional person: Euro 20 per night. Week: 1 night free. Ask for monthly rate. The prices include taxes, bed linen, towels, free local calls, free internet broadband connection 24 hours. Electricity: Euro 0,40 per Kw. Cautional deposit for incidental damages Euro 200.
Changeover day
Saturday-Saturday but could be flexible.
Arrival time between 4pm and 7pm.

There is easy public transport available with a bus stop just 50 metres away, a train stop just 150 metres away, and a metro stop just 400 metres away. There is a new railroad connection FM3 with the Fiumicino Airport.

Reservation tickets for guided tours in museums and exhibitions is a free service that I offer to my guests.
Travel
Fiumicino airport 20km, Ciampino airport 20km. Car is absolutely not necessary.

Near the house there are: a small marketplace, several restaurants, a pizza house, a wine bar, some pubs and cafeterias with live music, ice-cream shops, many supermarkets and megastores and one multi-screen cinema.

We stayed in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was close to everything we needed and had plenty of room for 5 adults. Advise to anyone wanting to do the Vatican tour is to reserve on-line before you go. You avoid all lines & enter in the rear for group tours. Adrianna recommended Nuraghe Sardo and was the perfect restaurant to end our stay and is two blocks from the apartment.

This is a wonderful apartment; very central and close to transportation etc. Close to shops. Large and comfortable, and good beds. Great kitchen. The biggest bonus is Adriana, who is warm and helpful.
