Porto Rotondo Country Club is a small development of stone built apartments nestled into the gardens, olives and rocks above the exclusive resort of Porto Rotondo. 5 minutes in a car from the bars, cafes and restaurants clustered around the harbour of Porto Rotondo. The apartment is a perfect bolthole from which to explore the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The small, peaceful complex is cleverly designed, blending into the landscape using natural materials and many plants including jasmine and bougainvillea. The well maintained, gardens give great views across the sea, beaches and hills of northern Sardinia.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. The prices do not include linen and towels and consumes (£45 per person per week) and final cleaning (£30). The security deposit (£120) will be refunded after departure.

Accessibility
A car is desirable to make the most of the apartment. The apartment is not accessible by wheelchair.
Outside
Small terrace with lovely sea views and room for a table and two chairs. There is a stunning swimming pool which has many spa features including a jacuzzi, fountain and underwater jets. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and natural rock with areas for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
Porto Rotondo offers some of the world's most beautiful beaches with clear, calm and warm seas. The beaches include Spiaggia Ira, Punta Asfodeli, Spiaggia dei Sassi e delle Alghe, Punta Volpe and Spiaggia Marinella which the apartment looks over from it's hill top perch. Just 15 minutes drive away you will find Spiaggia Liscia Ruja, Li Cocchi, Il Pevero, etc.

Golf Club 'Il Pevero' is 15km away.
Special interest holidays
Many recreational and sporting activities can be organised at the marina in Porto Rotondo including yacht and speedboat hire, boat excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago, big game fishing, diving in the clear water of the marine reserves. Sardinia, offers some of the best windsurfing and sailing conditions in the world. On land one can take in the archaeological excursions, tour the vineyards of the Vermentino, go horse riding, trekking along the rivers. Personally we love to lie on the beach, swim in the clear blue sea and eat in the great restaurants that the area has to offer.
Travel
Ryanair flies direct from London Stansted, Liverpool, Dublin and East Midlands to Alghero. Easyjet and BA fly directly from London Gatwick to Olbia. Alghero Airport approx 140km 2 hours by car. Olbia Airport approx 18km 15 mins drive.
