Sleeps up to 10. 3 bedroom house (sleeps 6) and an adjoining one bedroom apartment (sleeps 2+2) which can be rented separately or together. The recent restoration of our traditional stone-built house has retained the original character, yet provides all modern comforts. The large terrace offers magnificent views to the hilltowns of Trevi and Montefalco and across the Umbrian countryside and mountains. The house is surrounded by an olive grove of over 1000 trees which produce organic oil of the highest quality and yet, in just 10 minutes by foot, you reach the medieval town of Trevi. Somewhat off the tourist trail, it retains an old world charm, and yet you will find all amenities including great restaurants. A fantastic evening out without the car!
The elevated position, at 300m above sea level, ensures cooling breezes and good air, even at the height of the summer heat. Should you wish to cool off further, there is a panoramic swimming pool nestling amongst the olive trees.

Prices shown are for the property(s) per week in UK Pounds.
For the rental of the entire property we can offer greatly reduced prices.
Long term rentals welcome at reduced rates. Price includes rental for one week, linen and towels (excluding pool towels), gas, electricity and final cleaning. Heating extra. Extra cleaning and change of linen by arrangement.
A returnable security deposit of Euro 150 is to paid on arrival.
Changeover day
Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday but more flexible periods will be considered outside of July and August.
Arrival between 3pm and 8 pm and departure before 10am.

Outside
The house is surrounded by olive groves and gardens. There is a large terrace with tables, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue.
The private pool is 12m x 4m (with easy access) and has a natural stone surround with loungers and sun umbrellas.
There is off-road parking in the olive grove.
Coast/Beach
Closest beaches are on the Adriatic sea, approximately an hour and a half drive away. We would suggest Numana or Sirolo as the cleanest and prettiest.
Travel
Nearest airport Perugia (30 mins. by car); soon to become International.
Ancona (Ryanair) 1 hour 45 mins. by car/train.
Rome- Ciampino (Ryanair/Easyjet) 2 hours by car.
Rome- Fiumicino (Many airlines) 2 and a half hours.
Trevi is on the main Rome - Ancona line and trains are regular and very economical; about and hour and a half to Rome, two and a half hours to Florence.
Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Distances
Trevi is five minutes away by car (ten minutes on foot), Montefalco, Foligno and Spello 15 mins by car.
Assisi and Spoleto are twenty minutes drive away.
Perugia 45 minutes, Todi and Gubbio 1 hour and Orvieto 90 minutes; Rome is 2 hours and Florence 2 and a half hours away by car.
Further details
There are tennis and riding facilities close by and in the valley below is a twenty mile cycle route (from Spoleto to Assisi).
There are all amenities in Trevi, however there is a large shopping centre 10 minutes drive away. The closest large town is Foligno (11kms away) with great clothes shops. Local restaurants serve exceptionally good traditional fare, including the outstanding olive oil, truffles, celery and wild boar. The wines from Montefalco are highly prized and the famous Sagrantino is unique to the region. There are great walks in the mountains behind Trevi and through the neighbouring national park in the Valnerina, where rafting is also on offer.

Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of a 30% deposit (non-refundable).
The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday commences.
