Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros. Minimum 1 week rental May through August and December 12 to January 12. Minimum 3 day rental at other times. Additional days pro-rated for week + stays. Apartment cleaned weekly.
30% non-refundable reservation deposit via PayPal or bank transfer. Remaining rental payment in euros and 150 euro security deposit payable in cash on arrival.
Changeover day
Arrival 2pm. Departure 10am. Changeover day is flexible.

Coast/Beach
It is a 5 minute walk to the local beach and diving rock used by locals and visitors. A 15 minute ferry ride to the other side of the bay delivers you to where there are beautiful sandy beaches. Many other famous bathing resorts are within an hour drive. The Vendicari Nature Reserve immediately south of Siracusa is one of the most uncontaminated corners of Sicily with beautiful unspoiled beaches where swimming is permitted.
Travel
Catania's Fontanarossa airport is a 60km / 45 minute drive to Siracusa. Bus and car hire services are provided at the airport or can be arranged with the apartment rental for an additional charge.
Distances
Major tourist attractions in Siracusa are easily reached by foot, taxi or local bus. The baroque towns of Noto, Modica, and Ragusa are between 30 and 90 minutes drives, as are prehistoric and ancient sites and the Vendicari Nature Reserve. Mt. Etna and Taormina are just over 1 hour away by car.

30% non-refundable deposit in euros requested at time of booking by PayPal. Remaining rental payment payable upon arrival in cash (euros) as well as a 150 euro security deposit which is refunded subject to timely departure and inspection of apartment.
