Residence Villa Ravino, a self catering villa with 12 apartments. Surrounded by a botanical garden on the island of Ischia, an enchanting place lying in the heart of the Mediterranean. Renowned for its volcanic origins, unforgettable landscapes and a marvellous climate all over the year. Beaches and small romantic bays, typically local restaurants, viticulture, nightlife, horseback trekking, historic villages and museums. Unforgettable is the visit to the beautiful garden "La Mortella" created by the widow of Sir William Walton. A cradle of art, the Island has hosted personalities of great humanity and culture such as Bargheer, Auden, Stendhal, Ibsen, Neil Little, Enrico d'Assia, Luchino Visconti. The thermal parks, with alternative and avant-garde therapies, are unique in the world. Daily excursions are proposed to visit the cultural and archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, along the Amalfi coast to Capri.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in euros. We also have a 2 bedroom apartment on request. 35 euros end cleaning. Extra bed 40 euros per week. Daily cleaning 50- 75 euros per week. Bathrobe 9 euros week. Breakfast - medium 5 euros person / large 10 euros. Small pets 20 euros per week. 2 week long stay offer Eastern apartments for 2 person. from 690 euros.
Changeover day
Minimum stay is one week, rather from Saturday to Saturday. Other stay time can be negotiate by reservation. Arrival: after 4:00pm - departure before 10:00am

Notes on accommodation
Bright and airy one and two-room apartments able to accommodate up to 5 people all individually furnished in typical Mediterranean style in the relaxing pastel colours which are so characteristic of this part of the world. Each apartment has a kitchen area, toilet and shower and a small garden or balcony where meals can be taken. Service includes heating water, gas, electricity, use of the swimming pools, deck-chairs, loungers and umbrellas, weekly change of towels and bed linen. Optional extras, for an additional fee, are a daily maid service, breakfast and satellite TV. Groceries can be delivered and for example a welcome pack can be provided on your arrival. We are happy to welcome groups with special requirements, upon arrangement.

Accessibility
Every Sunday at 11am you can take part of a guided walk together with Peppino in his garden. Take a little time-out to enter a world of spines and its secrets.
Every Saturday, at 5.30pm guided walk among the plants of homeopathic and phytotherapeutic interest.
Outside
Our spa area contains a large solarium, an outdoor swimming pool, a covered garden with thermal spring from which "crystal clear water gushes every morning", hydro-massage, few fitness equipments and a multi-purpose room, sauna and a small beauty corner. All around it is the garden with small areas where everyone can find their own quiet corner. Physiotherapy, massage and Ayurveda are on offer by appointment. "Spa treatment can be provided locally, with transport included". The garden surrounding the house is simply superb, the result of 35 years great passion and loving work of Signor Peppino, the owner of the villa.
It is a real paradise for succulent plants and cacti lovers. Exotics flowers in all colours, palms trees,
olive/ lemon and orange trees… and much more. The garden occupies an area of 6000 sq.m., and offers you a exceptional view of the sea… where the sun goes down. Let yourself inspiring from the nature as you balance the need of your body and those of your soul.
Coast/Beach
Residence Villa Ravino is situated in a quiet and panoramic site of Forio, on the south-west side of this charming Island.
The town centre of Forio and in the opposite direction the Citara beach with the famous Poseidon Gardens, are only about 10/15 minutes walk away.

5 Years ago Ravino starts a new project concerning the realisation of a Botanic garden with exotic plants. A unique concept that will fuse a lodge house with an extravagant garden. Targeted to realise an exclusive Holiday life stile. This experiment, will need some years more to be finished. Nice things needs time to be done. Today we are proud to present part of the project done, the LOUNGE BAR in the heart of the garden. This Mediterranean house, operating from 2005 on, will include a multifunctional hall where clients will have breakfast, small petit, tea room, or organise small meeting and cocktails.Welcome to our lovely island. Travel
There's a bus stop within 150 mt with connections for the whole island. Shops are easely reached, just 10 minutes walk (also home delivery). Parking place in front of the residence.
Regular ferryboats (Traghetto) and Hydrofoil (aliscafo) leave from the harbour of Naples (MOLO BEVERELLO) or from Pozzuoli to Ischia Porto or Casamicciola and Forio.
Capodichino is Naples' airport, from which we can organise transfers from and to Villa Ravino. Of course taxis and public buses are available.
