The flat is located in one of the three roads at the center of Rome called 'Triangle', made by Via del Corso, Via di Ripetta and Via Margutta. It is on the third floor of the building and it is on two floors, the last one has a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooves. Nearby you can also find the marvellous Pincio terrace with its wonderful view of the city, the Pantheon and the Coliseum, together with via Veneto shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent public transportation by underground (Spagna Metro), buses and taxi just round the corner.

Any day. Check in is preferred from 14 to 19. Check out must be done before 11 unless prior arrangements made. Special arrangements for luggage can be made in advance.

Notes on accommodation
There is air-conditioning in the main bedrooms and fans are available. The heating is independent. Children are welcome but stairs must be taken into consideration, in case of small children.
Accessibility
Due to the many stairs the flat is not suited for people with mobility problems. The apartment has no lift.
Outside
The terrace is totally furnished with dining table, chairs and sleeping chairs. Also a BBQ is on the terrace. The plants need to be tended during the stay by one of our staff, unless otherwise arranged.

One hour from the beach.
Golf
In Rome there are many golf courses, primarily private, but we can give advice in case of need.
Skiing
No further than 2 hours by car.
Travel
Nearest airport is Rome Fiumicino. The average fare with a taxi are 50 euros approx. A train-metro from the airport t the railway station is available every 15 minutes. From the main railways station there are many buses and metro as well or taxi. The distance is around 10 minutes by car.
Further details
The area is full of shops, small restaurants, museum, is one of the major and most known area of Rome to visit. A supermarket is just 10 meters from the building as well as a fresh fruit/vegetable and fish market in the morning.

Then you need to send, asap, 40% of total price via Paypal within 3 working days from confirmation of availability. The owner will then give you all details about location. 60% of total price is paid in cash at arrival. Extra fees and taxes - 80 euros for final cleaning to be paid at arrival. All taxes and utilities are inclusive in total price.
