The house has a living/dining room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, sitting room/bedroom with a double bed settee, and two shower rooms as well as a large garage. It will comfortably sleep 9 people in the 2 double bedrooms and sitting room, with the third bedroom having 3 single beds. A travel cot and high chair are available. The living room has a large table and seats at least 14. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for family living. There is a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, a gas hob and electric cooker. There is a full bathroom with shower on the main living floor and down the internal staircase is another full bathroom with shower. Outside are two external showers for washing sand off after beach visits or just cooling down. Bedding and towels are available for an extra charge.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | There are two bedrooms with large double beds, one bedroom with three single beds and a sitting room with a double sofa bed. We also have a cot for younger guests. |
| Bathrooms: | The house has a shower, with wc and bidet. There is also an additional shower/wc downstairs as well as two outside showers. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and has plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for 20 people. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage. |
| Living Rooms: | There is a sitting room with sofa and double sofa bed. This room has an open fire for colder times of the year (definitely not needed in summer!). The dining room has a larger table - sits about 14 people and has direct access to the veranda. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are available for a small charge. Cleaning is provided weekly. |

Accessibility
The house is on one level, apart from the garage and has easy ramped access to the sitting room. This provides level access to the rest of the house and terraces.
Outside
There is a large garden with olive, lemon, orange, fig and other trees. The garden is walled and gated. There are lovely sea views from the garden and veranda and from the roof terrace.
Coast/Beach
Nearby are the beaches at Lido Marini, Torre Vado, Torre San Giovanni. The area is famed for its beautiful sandy beaches.
Distances
All local amenities including coffee shops, restaurants, small local shops, ice cream parlors etc are within a few minutes drive. There is a large supermarket in the town of Presicce, about 8km drive from the house.
