It has 5 bedrooms with private bathroom, a large garden, private parking, marble-columned loggia and two frescoed ceiling rooms. 5-course dinner upon request. Wine courses and tasting available.

Each bedroom is spacious, equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning in the summer and central heating in the winter. They are elegantly furnished with antiques and it has coffee/tea making facilities. Each room can be a family room with added beds for children.

There is a large garden, a fish pond, deck chairs and tables to sit and relax, a marble-columned loggia.
In the summer breakfast and dinners are served outside.

Desenzano on Lake Garda is at 14 km: there are beaches on the lake.
Golf
Arzaga Golf Club is at 15 km, Garda Golf Club is at 20 km.

We organise winery visit, wine courses and tasting.
Upon request we also organise Italian and French classes according to our guests' needs.

Ryanair arrives in our hometown at the local airport called Verona-Brescia.

To book a room, we ask for your full address, phone number, credit card number, and the credit card's expiration date.
One third of the full amount is a non refundable down payment, and you will be charged this amount upon booking.
If cancellation is more than 1 month before, only your down payment is kept. If cancellation is 30 to 15 days before arrival, 50% is charged. If cancellation is from 15 days to the date of arrival, 100% is due.
