'Casa Nostra' is located near to the historical town of San Ginesio. It is approx 1 hour from Ancona airport, 25 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Casa Nostra has its own full size bar with refrigeration & seating area. On the ground floor the lounge area has got a 3/4 size pool/snooker/billiard table as its main feature, as well as a large seating/dining area. The 1st floor has a cosy large sitting room with TV which leads off to 4 double en-suite bedrooms. Whist enjoying the breathtaking views of the Sibillini mountains, you can wine & dine al fresco and even enjoy a barbeque.

Notes on accommodation
The property is tastefully furnished throughout and is nice and cool in the summer as the outdoor walls are original stone. The place is well aired as it is kept heated through during the winter season. All the patio doors open directly onto the 3 sun terraces.
Children are welcome although the house has not been child proofed and the owners will not accept liability.

Outside
The pool is a 9m x 4.5m in size where you can relax, unwind & de-stress looking across at the spectacular views.
There are 3 sun terraces/patio areas with 2 gazebos, 10 sunloungers & 2 large tables each with 6 chairs. An outside barbeque is provided.
Coast/Beach
Civitanova Resort 30 minutes away, has a pebble beach, along side a stretch of promenade with lots of fresh fish restaurants. The Centre is only 10 minutes walk from the beach with lots of shops. Porto San Giorgio 45 minutes away, has a lovely sandy beach with a Marina at the south end. It also has lots of fresh fish restaurants.
Golf
Championship Golf course near Ancona Approx 1 hour 15 mins by car. There is a golf driving range 30 minutes away by car.
Skiing
Experience the charm and excitement of the Sibillini Mountains in the winter. This is an opportunity to do some downhill skiing, cross country skiing or snowboarding amongst the breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains. Marche offers a crowd free winter snow experience with low ski pass prices. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or an expert skier, there are pistes for all levels of Skiing. Shambala retreat is situated 25 minutes away from the nearest Ski resort at Sassotetto near Sarnano.
Special interest holidays
It is a good location for Sightseeing trips to Assisi, the Sibillini mountains, Loreto, Frassasi caves, local Markets, and days at the coast. Casa Nosta is also located near a Holistic health Spa.
The Towns of Macerata or Tolentino are nearby for shopping, Trotting at Montegiorgio, you can take shopping trips to the Italian designer shoe and clothing outlets, day trips to the coast or tailor make your trips. Hot Air Ballon trips with bottle of bubbly can be booked locally. Painting holidays, Cycling, hiking, hand – gliding, tennis and walking also are activities which are available nearby.

Ancona Falconara Airport is approx 1hr by car from us Pescara Airport is approx 2 hours by car. Car hire is available at all the Airports which can be booked in advance.

San Ginesio is a medieval walled village which is a very important centre of "Piceno" in the province of Marcerata.
It has superb panoramic views in addition to its art, history and architecture.
There is a supermarket, butchers, grocers, chemists, banks,
newsagents & bakery.
San Ginesio has its own tennis courts, theatre, churches
& park/gardens.

My wife and I spent 10 days at Casa Nostra.
The most impressive part of staying at Casa Nostra is the hospitaility and kindness of the owner Eileen and her daughter Erica.
On our first night, we ate at Casa Nostra and Eileen prepared a wonderful meal for us.
For breakfast, our table was set outside where we had a breathtaking view of the hills and mountains.
Any request was never too much trouble and this attention to detail was maintained during the whole of our 10 day stay.

I echo everyone's previous commendations on the wonderful welcoming and friendly attitude of the staff, Erica and Eileen were the perfect hosts. We arrived weary travellers but left refreshed, revived and very well fed after a tasty and filling breakfast. This truly is a little gem and if you are in Le Marche you definitely should book time here, you'll not be disappointed.
