Ca Nosta is situated in the peaceful village of Campertogno, Valsesia in the Northern Piemonte region of Italy, famous for the Monterosa Ski area and the ski resort of Alagna. The house is situated in wonderfully sunny, elevated position, overlooking the village with views of ski resort of Alpe di Mera to the south down the valley and the river Sesia only a few minutes walk away. There are three bedrooms, two with balconies, sleeping 6-8 guests comfortably. Its easy access to the famous ski resort of Alagna and the Monterosa Ski area make it attractive to skiers in the winter but in the summer it offers great opportunities for enjoying many outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, climbing and white-water rafting. With so many sports to enjoy, both leisurely or extreme you will be spoilt for choice. Breathtaking scenery and the stunning backdrop of the great Monte Rosa, make this simply a fantastic destination for winter or summer!

Skiing
For winter sports we are in a superb location only 10 minutes drive from the highly regarded ski resort of Alagna, which has a well deserved reputation as one of the ‘best kept secrets of the Alps'. Alagna gives skiers direct access to the vast Monterosa Ski area which links the three valleys Champoluc, Gressoney and Alagna and 180km of high altitude snow sure pistes. There is skiing for all abilities and fabulous opportunities for the more adventurous.
Less than 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction and you arrive in Scopello, another gem that should not be overlooked with the lovely ski area of Alpe Mera covering 35km of pistes. Both the Monterosa area and Scopello have benefited in a great deal of recent investment in new lifts and snowmaking facilities, making them very attractive for all levels of skier from Freerider to Families!

Make a real splash on your holiday and enjoy the thrills of the exciting river activities available in Campertogno. Eddyline, based in the village can introduce you to rafting, hydrospeed, canyoning and kayaking. They offer full guiding, instruction and equipment hire to ensure that you have a fantastic time whatever age or ability.
Travel
Campertogno is North West of Milan and North of Turin and easily accessible from A26 motorway. There is a choice of airports with Malpensa (Milan) just over an hour away or Caselle (Turin) 90 minutes away and flight options with Easyjet, Ryanair, BA and Alitalia all offering competitive fares and car rental discounts.
By road Calais is 675 miles or about 12 hours drive via the Mont Blanc tunnel.
Distances
Milan and Turin both under 2hrs drive. Lake Orta is less than 1hr. Lake Maggiore 2hrs.
