This apartment is truly one of a kind, as it is in the heart of Salo, one of the most exclusive and picturesque towns on the lake, yet it has a garden and large swimming pool. The lake front is about 200m away, the town's historic centre is a 5 minute walk, and the apartment itself has three balconies, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The living room is huge, and opens out onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and gardens, perfect for al fresco dining or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a fully fitted, separate oak kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is about 130 square metres, and can comfortably sleep 6 to 8.

200-500 metres to lake front. 5 minute walk to Salo's pebble beach.

Two golf courses within 20 minute drive (Arzaga Golf and Garda Golf).
Skiing
45 minutes from Gaver ski resort. 1hr 45 mins from Madonna di Campiglio ski resort.
Travel
Brescia airport 25 minutes. Verona airport 40 minutes. Bergamo airport 50 minutes. Milan Linate 1 hour. Car not essential.
Distances
500 metres to Salo's historic centre.
Further details
A short walk from the apartment is the harbour, where you can catch ferries all over the lake. This means you can explore the entire lake without having to hire a car.
