Podere Monti is a delightful farmhouse which dates back to the 17th Century. Great care has been taken to restore all its original features whilst incorporating all the modern conveniences. Podere Monti apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor private space with table and chairs. It has its own entrance and very well furnished inside and out for maximum comfort. The apartment "Mandorlo" can be rented with the 'Corte' Studio, to transform it into one unic apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-livingroom and outdoor space overlooking the garden and other outdoor space on the east side (recently renovated) with table, chairs, gazebo surrounded by hedges of laurel. Directly managed by the owners, and surrounded by 5 hectares of cultivated fields, Podere Monti holiday farmhouse is the ideal pleace where guests find themselves immersed in the paradise of Tuscan countryside for a holiday in search of nature and art.

Swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, sun beds, table and umbrellas - open from 05.01 to 10.01. Barbecue area. Presence of the owners.
Included in the prices - sheets, 1 towel and 1 bathroom towel for each person - weekly change, water, gas, electricity, final cleaning) except the kitchen that must be left clean).
Not Included in the prices - heating, use of the laundry room.
Outside
The outdoor area is composed of a large garden with tables to eat outdoors and a deckchair to relax in, a splendid swimming pool (measuring 6 x 12 m) from which you can enjoy a spectacular view over San Gimignano and a woodland park where you can take relaxing walks, treks or cycle for lovers of mountain bikes.
In front of the farmhouse you can see an elegant garden with a green grass carpet, many types of flowers and big cypresses. Around the pool there is a green area with deckchairs, large parasols and an hedge of roses.

A deposit of 35% is requested upon making a booking.The balance will be paid within 90 days before arrival date.
For any booking made less than 90 days prior to the beginning of your holidays payment must be made in full.
Heating is not included in price.

Damage deposit on arrival and refunded on departure : 200 euros.

Our family lives in this area since 1950 and has always been our dream to transform our house in a holiday farm for families. This dream became reality in 1990 and now after 20 years, we continue to make this job with the same passion.
Year purchased: before 1950
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Our house is the result of inheritance of our grandparents who intensely loved this area and decided to move here permanently. This love for our land came intact directly to us.
