Our 2 floor cottage within the main farmhouse building. 110 sq.m. Carefully restored with use of traditional materials 2 double bedrooms and 1 large bathroom with bath. Private balcony and outside space within the courtyard area. Living room with sofa which can be converted to a double bed. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher - access to courtyard.

Named after its beautiful vaulted ceilings. 75 sq.m. Our spacious ground floor apartment within the main farmhouse. Carefully restored with use of traditional materials. 1 double bedroom and shower room. Private terrace areas Spacious open plan living area with sofabed which can be converted to a double bed. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Terrazzo Balcone (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)

Named after its wonderful covered terrace. Our spacious first floor apartment within the main farmhouse. 75 sq.m. Carefully restored with use of traditional materials, exposed beam ceilings. 2 double bedrooms - one on a mezzanine gallery. Living room with sofa which can be converted to a double bed - access to the large private terrace. Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Notes on accommodation
Cots, children's bed etc are available at no extra charge. We will always try to accommodate any special requests you may have.

Outside
Our guests have full use of the 110,000 sqm of grounds and
18 x 5 swimming pool. Sun chairs and patio table and chairs are provided.

Coast/Beach
The Italian Riveria (Liguria Coast) can be reached by car.

Travel
Turin airport is approx 90 minutes Genoa Airport is approx 80 minutes and Milan approx 140 minutes.
We are in a beautiful rural, country location and a car is essential.

Distances
Our local town is 5 minutes by car. Alba, Acqui Terme, Canelli and Nizza Monferrato are all within a 40 minute drive.

Further details
Cortemilia is a charming town with a good selection of restaurants, pizzeria, supermarkets, bakers, butchers, delicatessen etc. The Langhe is a famous wine growing area and considered a paradise for food and wine lovers.
