The farm is situated in the central Tuscany. Our guests can enjoy the advantageous position of our agritourism and easily reach the most important Tuscan cities of art, like Pisa, Florence and Siena. 20000 sq.m. private park, with olive trees which are also used to produce our ‘Extra Virgin’ olive oil. There is also a swimming pool, wooden oven, barbeque, children's swing, tables and chairs. It’s possible to enjoy a wonderful panorama of the uncontaminated landscape. The complex consists of: Manor House: which has been renovated in 2005 in order to hold the 4 Apartments: CentUlivi and LoggiAntica (6 beds/apartment, 100m2); BelVedere and MiraValle (8 beds/apartment, 120m2). Old Barn/Reception “La Mangiatoia”, which has been built in the old renovated cattle shed with all the typical elements of the old building. Here, you can also enjoy and buy the typical products of Tuscany. Swimming pool: (14m x 6m) has been built in perfect harmony with the surrounding hilly landscape.

Weekend Price: Apartment for 6 persons - 150 euro/night. (min 2 nights); Apartment for 8 persons - 170 euro/night (min 2 nights).
5% discount for 2 weeks reservation.
10% discount for 3 weeks reservation.
Changeover day
Usually it's possible to reserve the apartments from Saturday to Saturday in high season. In low season flexible arrival day.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm.
Check-out: until 10am.

It's necessary an advance payment of 30% for reserve the apartment (with bank transfer or Paypal).
Services included in the price: energy, water, gas, heating, end cleaning, swimming pool from 1 May to 30 September, barbecue and wood oven. Bed/bath linen not included in the price (on demand, 10 Euro/person).
On check-in the guests have to pay 300 Euro deposit. We will give it back on departure.

2)"The apartments are excellent, very clean and a lot of effort had gone into the decoration detail. MonteMari is very quiet and enjoys some fantastic views. Swimming pool, table tennis and bar football are on site, there is a small water park about an hour away on the coast and the beaches are superb." I would certainly highly recommend MonteMari.
