Paolo and Jo have ample experience in the tourist business in Rome and have always had excellent feedback from our guests (see guest book). Our flat is a perfect base for a party wishing to explore the breathtaking beauty of the Eternal City. Sunny, 4th floor apartment with lift in an elegant building with private courtyard. There is a view of a church dome from one window. You will find everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. Easy to reach most of Rome's tourist destinations on foot or by public transport. We are always on hand for any requests or help that you may need. Key pick-up will be arranged before arrival or can be picked up at our nearby office which is always open.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as there is a short flight of stairs when you reach the floor.
Coast/Beach
Ostia beaches can be reached by public transport in about 45 minutes. There are 2 water parks in Rome which are also easy to get to and great fun for the kids.
Travel
We don't recommend a car as everything is so well connected and parking in Central Rome is expensive and can be difficult to find.
Fiumicino Airport is about 1 hour from us. There is a train to the Central Termini station and then you can take the metro line A (Lepanto) to the flat.
Ciampino airport is about 70 minutes from us, there are buses which take you to the Metro line A "Anagnina" and then straight to "Lepanto".
We can arrange taxi transfer to and from the airports.
Distances
Saint Peter's 10 minutes on foot.
Castel Sant' Angelo 10 minutes on foot.
Spanish steps 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by metro.
Trevi Fountain 15 minutes on foot, 7 minutes by metro.
Colisseum and Roman Forum 25 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by metro.
Further details
There are several good restaurants and bars on Viale Giulio Cesare. There is a grocery shop just around the corner where you can buy everything you need to prepare your meals, it is open from 8am to 8pm except Sundays.
There is a chemist nearby in via Fabio Massimo.
We are a few minutes away from the most important shopping streets in Rome: Via del Corso and Via Cola di Rienzo. You will find everything from high street stores to famous Italian brand names.
If you wish, we can book tours for you or book tickets for the weekly papal audience. Just contact us.
Booking notes
We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, payable by international bank transfer at the moment of booking. The rest is payable one month before arrival. (Arrangements can be made for last minute bookings).
