You will find yourself in a magnificent location where, within a few minutes you will be at some of the most famous landmarks in Rome. If shopping is your thing, or even window shopping, this is where you need to be. The area is bustling with activity during the day yet calm by night. If sight seeing is a must, you are just in the middle of the most attractive town in the world and everything is within reach, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Il Quirinale, Il Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, Coliseum. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week and per day in euros.
Extra payments: 50 euros for final cleaning, 150 euros for safety deposit (cash or personal check) that will be returned if no loss and/or damages.
For monthly rents the price is 2800 euros all included
Changeover day
The changeover is flexible according to bookings. Arrival from 1pm to 8pm and departure within 10am. Different timings can be agreed in advance according to bookings. Luggage can be left in the apartment before 1pm if apartment is not available.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, gas oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, board and iron, all you need for good cooking or light meals. A provision of first groceries is provided (ex. coffee, tea, etc). |

You enter a hallway and the living room is to the right, there you’ll find a modern dining table for four, a sofa bed for two people, a plasma TV, a DVD, a useful library with books and magazines and an easy chair by the window. |

The hallway is large with some furniture to provide space for personal belongings. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included in the rates and are given according to the people booked. If longer than 1 week towels and linen are provided for a change (double supply). Property is cleaned before arrival only. On request it can be provided for 20 euros. |
Notes on accommodation
Cradle provided on request. Telephone only for incoming calls. A 24 hours internet access is available with no PC. Any extra not included in the description, can be provided on request if available. Electricity, gas, water, garbage and taxes are all included.

Accessibility
Unfortunately the apartment is not adapted for wheelchairs users. The apartment is on the second floor, no lift but with very easy stairs. Children and elderly are welcome.
Outside
Only a small balcony is in the apartment for service use (lying laundry to dry).
Coast/Beach
Rome is close to the coast at 30kms and can be reached by metro. Capri, I, schia Amalfi, Circeo, Isle of Ponza are easily reached either by car, by train.
Golf
Many local golf club are available in Rome but are not at a walking distance. On request further information can be given.
Skiing
No skiing facilities are closer than 2 hours drive.
Travel
Fiumicino airport is approx 40 minutes travel either by taxi or by metro to the main train station. A metro station (Spagna) is at 200 meters from the apartment. A car is not recommended for parking reasons. All the area is reserved only for residents. Public transportation and taxi are all around.

The apartment is in the center of Rome!
