Montasola offers one of the most superb and relaxing view of the forested hills and, on the sky line, of the Etruscan region North of Rome (lake of Bracciano, Cimini mountains) and the St. Peter cupola in Rome. All apartments have been recently restored, preserving traditional styles. Each apartment has access to a furnished terrace: or charming roof garden. From every window you can enjoy magnificent views over a wide valley. Touring assistance, maps and touring books are provided. The country estate is in an exceptionally quiet countryside setting. La Torre/Tower of Castel is a luxury accommodation made up of 4 levels: - In the basement there is a large luxury hot tub in a room carved out of the rock. More than a tub it is like a small, warm pool. The idea is to create a natural environment: water, rocks, light and lapping ripples. At ground level there is an entrance hall where there are 2 extra beds one of which is on a mezzanine. There is a table with chairs, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine where the guests can relax and even entertain friends. On the first floor is an exquisite apartment with a king-size sofa bed from which there is the most breath-taking view of the valleys below: olive groves, vineyards, copses stretch away past medieval villages to the sacred mount of Soratte and beyond to the sea and even St. Peter's dome in Rome. On the top of the Tower is a delicious terrace where the view opens out even more. Here you can have breakfast, and an evening drink.
