Aries (Sleeps 4)

10 minutes from Smark Square. on building of the'500. Just renovated with new furnishing and a lot of privacy. Placed at the third and last floor with sight on a characteristic canal and a full of light. It has a hall, then a double room (kingsize or twin beds for request), two single rooms, a well equipped kitchen with a table for six, a living-room with a big sofa and a TV flat-screen no satellite. The bathroom has a shower. The big door of the street let you enter in a garden well-kept and a second door introduce you inside the building. The apartament is modern, even if the building is so ancient, and large. A special remark to the view: in fact the windows overlooks a small quiet canal, sometimes ploughed by small boats, but the height of the floor also allow to admire a beautiful panorama over the roofs of the area. Gemini (Sleeps 6)

he view is astonishing: the Lagoon and the Murano island. Available from July, this apartment is full of light with view of the lagoon. Hall, living room, 2 single rooms, 1 double room, bath with shower, kitchen. Equipment includes sheets, blankets, pillowcases, pillows, fridge with freezer, machine for the coffee, oven, microwave, corkscrew, clothes, shower, hot and cold water, washing machine, rugs and towels, hair dryer, air-conditioning and still more. Sagittarius (Sleeps 4)

During the day the light floods the living room composed by two comfortable sofas and a TV flat-screen. A fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for four people, a double room with a king size bed and 2 single rooms, each one has balconies on different sides of the house; a corridor and a complete bathroom with tub and shower. Finally a stylish furnishings, with the chandeliers that give a touch of refinement. It's perfect for a family with two children, each one with his/her own room; but also fom a couple looking for a romantic stay. In fact the apartment is silent, has a superb view, overlooks the rooftops of the area, allowing the view of S.Mark bell-tower. Notes on accommodation
These apartments are suitable for families. Children are allowed but recommend quietness at night. Air-conditioning is available in Gemini.
The price of the stay includes: reception service up to 19.00 (from 19.00 to 23.00 applied a 25 euros fee, from 23.00 50 euros), consumptions of light/water/gas, 1 set of towels for each person, sheets, final cleaning.

Outside
Sagittarius. This area of Venice is also convenient to the station and only about a 10-minute waterbus ride from the Rialto Bridge 10 minutes far from the S. Lucia Railway Station and 5 minutes from the waterbus stop of S.Marcuola. Cannaregio is also the site of the world’s first ghetto, created for the forced containment of Jews in 1516.

Gemini. Situated in Sestiere of Cannaregio, in Fondamenta Nuove, directly connected with the airpot with the waterbus Alilaguna and 5 minutes from Murano island. Nearby, the New Road, crosses all the Sestiere from the Train Station on the way to Rialto.

Aries. The apartment is located in the Sestiere (“district”) of Castello (watch the video) only 10 minutes from S. Mark Square. Arsenale was the Venice's big shipyard since the 12th century. In Castello there is the biggest park of the city, the Giardini spotted of dozens of pavillions used as showrooms during the Biennale of Arts.

Coast/Beach
Lido beach is about 20 to 40 minutes by water-bus, from the apartments.

Travel
Marco Polo airport is about 15km. Treviso airport about 40km.
