The stone farmhouse is a typical rural Umbrian construction, with ceilings of chestnut and elm beams and a tiled terracotta floor. Completely renovated with the utmost respect it is characterized by a tower dating back to 1200 with additions in 1700 when it became habitable. Outside there is an oven where bread was once baked and inside the antique elm manger can still be admired; there are also two stone fireplaces from 1700 which are used for cooking and also warmth during the long winter nights.

Notes on prices

Payment conditions: A deposit of 30% must be paid for booking, and full payment made four weeks prior to start date.

Changeover day is flexible for all the year except in June, July and August (Saturday)
