Il Cortile is perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday in a very idyllic and unspoilt part of Italy. It is perfect for food and wine lovers, groups of friends and for families looking to spend some relaxing quality time together. The villa is in the small village of Bergamasco which is famous locally for its annual white truffle festival. It has two small grocer shops, three bars, two of which provide delicious Piemontese lunches and dinners, butchers, a pharmacy and a tobacconist. The beautiful region of Piemonte remains very unspoilt and typically Italian, people here are consistently very welcoming and friendly. Wine and food are a key part of life here and there are numerous award winning and famous vineyards and cantinas where you can enjoy some local wine tasting. There are also other numerous very good restaurants in the area. There are also many beautiful towns and villages to visit nearby, the coast and ski resorts are under an hour away.

Very large (25x27m) enclosed landscaped courtyard garden. Garden broadly split in half between enclosed pool area and grass play area. Enclosed 5x10m heated swimming pool. Pool room with shower and toilet. Covered portico with table and benches for alfresco dining. BBQ and patio heater. Off street parking for up to 3 cars to the front of the house.
Coast/Beach
The coast and ski resorts are under an hour away.
Golf
The Margara Golf Club is 15 minutes away. The club has two Golf courses (36 holes) designed for all levels of golfers. The old course was built inthe 1970s, based on US model, with broad spectacular fairways and an even distribution of technical difficulties.
