The port is divided into old and new port, and it is the heart of the touristic and fishing boat activities, and from here the ferries connect the promontory to the islands of Giglio and Giannutrin.

The villa is on two levels.
Outside
Outdoor BBQ, swimming pool 5 x 10m, outside bar at pool. 300sq.m of beautiful gardens. There are pool loungers, outside shaded dining table, lawned area, all within a fenced area.
Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to the local beach. 15 min drive is the Giannella and Feniglia which offers you miles of sandy beaches where you may swim, dive or wind surf.
Golf
15 min drive away is the Argentario Golf Club situated in a protected oasis surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, in which every hole is different from the other, offering unique and extraordinary scenery. Surrounded by cork forests and centenary olive trees, hares, squirrels and deer, one can admire an amazing and pure environment. Maremma’s beautiful slopes, the sea and the lagoon, set the scene of a unique environment with a mild climate that allows golf to be played all year long. The 18 hole golf course was designed by architect David Mezzacane with the extraordinary collaboration of Baldovino Dassù. The greens are almost all small with a light breeze that contributes to a mild temperature and adds a variable to the game, which on this course requires both precision and strength. The entire area, including the grass of the course, is certified 'Agri Cert' eco bio compatible and everything used to maintain it is absolutely natural.

Pisa International Airport 2.5 hour.
Florence Airport 2 hours.
Rome Airport 1.5 hours.
Distances
Porto Santo Stefano village is 1km away. If one decides to explore the area you can go and explore the Tuscan Maremma, Isola Elba, drive or catch a train to Rome, go to the Termal Bath Saturnia, a spa resort with its hot sulphur swimming pools, Pisa, Pitigliano, San Gimigliano, Florence etc… all these excursions can take a day trip.
