Large courtyard with lemon, apricot and plum trees to the front of the property. To the rear of the property is the private 10m x 5m swimming pool surrounded by patios and gravelled, landscaped borders. Barbecue and garden / pool furniture supplied.
Coast/Beach
100 metres from the sandy beach in Lendinuso itself. Other beaches up and down the coastline, south and north of Lendinuso. There is a more commercial beach at Sun Beach, between Lendinuso and Casalabate where sun loungers can be hired and with beach bar / pizzeria (high season only).
Special interest holidays
We can organise activities locally, nature walks, scuba-diving, snorkeling, cycle trails (bicycle rental can be arranged), photography courses, tennis, riding.
Travel
18km from Brindisi airport and ferry port (half an hour drive); 100km from Bari airport (one and a half hours drive). Naples is a good alternative, 3 to 4 hour drive on good motorways with great views most of the time. Car hire is highly recommended.
Distances
Lendinuso has a bakery/deli/general store that is open all the year round. 3.5km from Casalabate, another Italian holiday village. 5km from Torchiarolo, 15km from Lecce, the Florence of the South. Close to Ostuni, the White City. Further afield Otranto and Gallipoli. Ideal base for touring Salento Region or for simply relaxing!
Further details
Torchiarolo is close by and has supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers, post office, bank and hairdressers. Lecce, the Florence of the South is just 15km away. The historic centres of Ostuni, San Vito dei Normanni, Cisternino, Ceglie and others are all within an easy drive. Otranto and the southern tip make a wonderful day trip, as does Galipoli. Large hypermarkets half an hours drive away.
Booking notes
25% deposit required to secure your booking with the balance payable 12 weeks before holiday start date. £250 security deposit payable in advance, we will accept and hold UK Pounds cheques, which will be returned to you after your holiday. A welcome basket, linen and towels are included in the rental rates. Typical Puglian meals available, cooked in Villa or delivered to you, available on request.
