In the outskirts, attainable by foot, you can discover enchanting foreshortenings: an alternative way to know the capital of the Renaissance.

Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
The price for each night is of 85 euros for 2 people and 105 euros for 3/4 people. In case of more than 4 people we will arrange the price directly with the renter.

The wardrobe room is equipped with shoe and boot lockers, plenty of hanging and storage space for clothes, cloths -stand and space to store suitcases. Include iron and iron board. |

Bed linen and towels are supplied. There are both summer and winter weight duvets and feather pillows. Property cleaning and linen change is once a week. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
The walls of the flat are differently coloured, with laminated floor in the entrance and in the living room. 1 bedroom is tiled in terracotta, the other has a bamboo carpet. The rest are porcelain tiled. The flat is furnished with fan and cleaning accessories. The central heating has a time disposal and the hot water is always available. Pets are allowed prior arrangement.

Outside
The flat has a terrace and a balcony. Here you can find chairs, sunny beds and a table for 4 people; are also available a basin and threads to stretch laundry.
Travel
Pisa airport is an hours' train journey from Florence with bus service for Ryanair flights and train service directly in the airport for the others flight companies. Florence's Peretola airport is a 25 minute taxi ride, or there is an airport bus which goes to the train station. A car is not necessary to get around and the bus service is efficient. However, there is a payment park area in front of the house and free parking area at 5 minutes walk.
Distances
The most important cities near Florence are Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo, Siena, Bologna and all of them are within an hours' train or bus journey. The beaches are within no more than two hours from the city. The whole neighbourhood of Florence is famous for its enchanting beauty and offer a lots of different reasons of interest: cultural, historic, naturalistic and gastronomic. In the flat we have guides at your disposal to choose your ideal destinations.
Booking notes
A non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total amount is requested on booking. This is part of the rent and the balance is payable when you are in Florence. A security deposit has to be paid to the owner at the arrival and will be refunded at the end of the renting period after having proven that there are no damages. Short rentals are allowed from 2 days for a maximum of 2 weeks.
