Notes on accommodation
Prices are all inclusive. Only heating is an extra cost on consumption basis at the end, there is a metered gas in the apartment and clients pay only what they need. Pets accepted previous request with the owner.

Apartment is easily accessible from everywhere, as it is positioned in the centre of Varenna, centre of Lake Como on Lecco branch. Second floor apartment in the historic centre of Varenna.

Coast/Beach
30m free beaches and lido free entrance with sand beach close to the ferry dock in Varenna center (please see photo in my own website).

Golf
Tennis club in Mandello 10 minutes by car. Golf in Menaggio.

Skiing
St.Moritz 1½ hour. Pian delle Betulle and Barzio ½ hour. Cainallo 40 minutes above Varenna.

Special interest holidays
Villa Monastero and Cipressi conferences, museum and gardens. All the ferries to go around the lake stop in Varenna.

Travel
Car is not needed as all the fast trains and ferries stop in Varenna as center of Lake Como .There are abt 80km from Linate, 100km Malpensa, 60km Bergamo.

Distances
Apartment located in the Center of Varenna, in front of Bellagio and Menaggio, the ferry take only 5 mins. Como is abt 40 min. Lecco 20 min. Milan 1 hour. All the trains and ferries stop in Varenna as center of Lake Como.

Further details
Villa Cipressi and Villa Monastero in front of the apartment with their lovely gardens. Shops restaurants, foreign newspapers, pharmacy, internet point bars, restaurants in one minute walk, everything is quite close by.
