Saturday arrival time 3pm. Departure time 11am. (There can be flexibility).

The accommodation comprises of central heating and air-conditioning it is suitable for families. The accommodation has a strictly non smoking rule inside and outside the apartment Sorry no pets allowed.

This first floor apartment does have steps it has not been adapted for wheelchair users.

There is a spacious terrace patio and a large roof terrace which has electric and water supply. Sun loungers and patio table and chairs outside sink and electric Grill/BBQ.

Sandy coves and beach are 50 metres from the apartment you can also enjoy a stroll, jog or cycle along the special coastal route which the apartment overlooks.
Golf
There is an exclusive Golf Course within 20 minutes drive near to the beautiful resort of Stintino.
Travel
Alghero Airport 30 minutes drive away. Olbia Airport 1.30 hours drive away.(approx)
Porto Torres is one of the main channel Ports on the North side of the Island. Car hire is not essential but highly recommended to explore and experience the culture of the Island. This can be arranged prior via the internet or booked on arrival at Alghero Airport. Ryanair flies directly from London Stansted, Liverpool, Dublin, Bmi is now flying from East Midlands to Alghero.

Porto Torres is a town. Places of interest nearby include the Island of the Assinara a beautiful nature reserve. Sorso Water Park. Alghero Town and Neptune Grottos. Stintino Resort and Harbour. Castelsardo(medieval city). The vineyards of the Sella Mosca near Alghero. All these are within a 20 km radius.

Booking notes
To confirm booking a non refundable deposit of 30% is required. Full payment should be paid 8 weeks before holiday prior to arrival. Security deposit of £150 to be paid with balance. Cheque will be returned after final clean and check.For overseas guests the security deposit is to be paid on arrival in Euro. A £25per week charge is required for the use of the air conditioning.
