Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week/night in Euros. If the apartment is required for longer term lets we will be happy to negotiate a monthly rate. If the whole house is required outside the dates specified for special celebrations this too can be negotiated.

Changeover day
Our changeover day for the apartment is Saturday. Rooms are available around midday but we are flexible wherever possible to accommodate flights.

Villa Casa di Siobhan (Sleeps 13. 6 Bedrooms)

We have 4 beautifully decorated, comfortable double rooms in the heart of the house. 2 of which have adjoining bathrooms and lead onto a central living area for relaxing. 1 bathroom opens onto a large roof terrace. One of the rooms has twin beds (zip and link making a super-king bed) and the furnishings are a mixture of modern and antique. A separate apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. An additional single bed in the larger bedroom. The living room/kitchen has full facilities including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living area has sofa, armchairs and coffee table. An adjoining loggia (covered terrace) is furnished with sofas. Coffee-table for outdoor living. The whole house is available and this comprises of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms 2 kitchens and dining room.

Notes on accommodation
Rooms are centrally heated. Sheets are Egyptian cotton and pillows are feather. All furniture and fittings are of a high standard. The large garden has areas for sunbathing and relaxing in the shade offering privacy and tranquillity. All bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided, in addition, the apartment is cleaned weekly. For those travelling light, hairdryers and are also available. If you would like to cook in the open air, BBQ facilities are available. We offer secure on-site parking and the villa is secured by electronic gates. Living room is large and has TV area, room to relax or work on your computer for those needing to keep in touch.

Accessibility
The apartments are situated on the ground floor providing easy access for wheelchairs.

Outside
The garden is 1 acre comprises a mixture of woodland, fruit trees, olive trees, flower beds, several patio areas and car parking area. The private swimming pool is 10x5m and is surrounded by sunbathing area and shrubs and trees providing shade and privacy for each apartment. The pool overlooks the beautiful green Marche countryside. There are lots of garden tables, chairs and sun-loungers.

Coast/Beach
The beach at Porto San Giorgio and marina is just 15km away. The beach has been awarded a blue flag and is part of 180km of coastline on the Adriatic. For those wanting more activity there is a range of water sports such as wind or kite surfing to choose from.

Skiing
The nearest ski resort is 45 minutes away there is the opportunity snowboard.

Special interest holidays
There is a driving range and racecourse within 5km. There is a go-cart track 7km away for family fun. From the beginning of May until the end of September there are festivals, concerts and village fun events free of charge in all of the surrounding villages.

Travel
Ancona airport is 1 hour's drive away and Pescara airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Use of a car is essential.

Distances
The local village of Capparuccia is just under 1km away and has grocery stores, petrol, restaurants and bars and cafes and banks. The medieval university town of Fermo is just 6km away and Sibbillini National Park just 35 minutes drive away.

Further details
The summer plays host to many gatherings and performances to celebrate historic and folklore events. These festivals combine music, food and entertainment, a lot of which is free of charge to promote art and culture in the area. There are also many Jazz and Pop concerts in the open air during the summer months with the open-air Opera Season at Macerata and the Rossini Opera Festival at Pesaro. If you are dining near the coast then you will have difficulty choosing from the mouth watering array of local seafood. In the summer and early autumn there are many eating festivals called sagre, these promote a town's food speciality and range from truffles, snails, trout, chicken, frogs and wines. Le Marche is steeped in history and has many archaeological sites and ancient towns that are being restored creating the feeling that time has stood still. The culture and people are very laid back. Its relaxing simply to wander through the ancient walled towns. The striking hill town of Loreto lies just inland from the Adriatic Sea and is one of the world's most important shrines to the cult of the Virgin Mary. The town mainly exists to service the thousands of pilgrims who travel here from around the world.

The Frasassi caves, in the heart of the area, are the longest and among the most interesting in Italy with a 240m high central chamber which is large enough to comfortably hold Milan cathedral! There is much for you to explore there are many options. For a leisurely time there are the beaches and Other activities include climbing, walking, mountain biking, hunting, fishing, riding, diving and riding quad bikes.
