Casa Duri is set in the ancient republic of Cospaia, in the foot hills of the Apennines but in easy reach of all facilities. Abundant wildlife makes a stay with us both relaxing and educational . Both gentle and more taxing walks start from our front door encouraging the guests to explore the beautiful country side and the rest of the Upper Tiber valley.

All accommodation is centrally heated which is charged locally.
Laundry facilities are available for a small charge. Not suitable for young children.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
There is a short steep track leading down to the house which proves no problem for most cars.

Plenty of seating and loungers.
Coast/Beach
We are half way between the Med and the Adriatic. Both are easily reached by good roads.
Golf
20 mins away a new 9 hole course with superb restaurant.
45 mins away a full 18 hole course.
