Macerata and its outdoor opera festival is approx. 25 mins away and there are many beaches less than an hour away. The nearest skiing is at Sassotetto (30 mins).

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair access as there are steps and some narrow doorways. As property is surrounded by open farmland and farm buildings, would advise not suitable for small children.

Table and chairs, parasol and portable gazebo (if required), 2 sunbeds, BBQ. 2 mountain bikes (adult male and female). There is a garage and barn for storage.
Coast/Beach
Approx. times by car: Numerous beaches around Civitanova Marche (40 mins). Grottammare and S. Benedetto d. Tronto (Riviera of Palms) (80 mins). Towards Ancona you have the Numana and Sirolo beaches, amongst the best on the Adriatic.

Golf course approx. 1 hour drive.
Skiing
Nearest resort of Sassotetto (30 mins) ski-hire available locally.
Travel
Airports by car: Ancona (75 mins), Perugia (95 mins) and Pescara (2 hrs). Reasonably priced car hire is available at these locations and essential if you wish to enjoy your visit to the full.

San Ginesio has a bank, various shops, supermarket, hairdressers, restaurants, plus a weekly market. There are outdoor public swimming pools in San Ginesio and Sarnano. Countless possibilities for walking and cycling. Local Roman amphitheater and archaeological 'dig' at Urbisaglia (10 mins). Parascending and Quadbiking locally.
