We are in Chianti Rufina land, famous for the wine and 23km from Florence. 70km from Siena and Arezzo. Here you find the ‘way of the wine’ and the Omonimum Museum. The farm position is charming immersed in olive grove and vineyards. Just 3km from the nearest train station, so in few time you can arrive in the historical centre of Firenze by train too. We produce wine, extra virgin olive oil and we have a kitchen garden, everything with organic method certificated ICEA. Our farm is composed in just 3 apartments a pool and a big common patio too where you can have on request Tuscan meal at the candle light, prepared and served just for you by us with our traditional products. Nearby 2 fishing lakes, 2 riding horses, trekking paths, wine farms, castles and lovely villages where you can breath the real Tuscan atmosphere. Our family will be happy to host you and show you our country life and tastes.

I am hopeful my comments might save you some time in your research. I manage 8 resort rental properties in the USA through VRBO and Cyberrentals and have owned resort rental property for 36 years. I know the right questions to ask. First set forth your requirements. I am going to tell you ours, and if we don't match up, stop reading and search elsewhere: apartment for two, very clean, high quality furnishings, modern shower, full kitchen, a view, a host that speaks English, knows where and what to eat and well versed in the area to offer recommendations for day trips, central location in Tuscany, reasonably priced rental-wise and the ability to check email easily on site without dragging along your laptop. Assuming you are still reading we searched 28 rental properties on the web, taking over a month, looking at 100s of pictures, asking many questions etc. Podere II Poggiolo is the BEST.
