The apartment retains many of it's original features including exposed stonework and vaulted ceiling. It has stunning views overlooking the marina and the Adriatic sea. The apartment is also perfectly situated for the large number of restaurants both in the marina and surrounding area as well as the medieval town of Lanciano with it's vibrant bars, restaurants and shopping. The Majella National Park is only a 45 minute drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible with arrival after 2.30pm and departure by 10am.

Accessibility
Parking is a 2 minute walk away in nearby San Vito Chietino. The property is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment.
Outside
There is a large shared garden area overlooking the sea and San Vito Marina.
A table & 4 chairs is provided for outdoor eating.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk down to San Vito Marina with it's crystal clear sea and sandy beach. The sea is shallow and ideal for paddling or just cooling down on those hot Summer days. There are many other sand & pebble beaches as well as tiny coves for at least 30km along the coastline.
Skiing
The ski resort of Passo Lanciano is a 45 minute drive away.
Travel
35 minute drive from Pescara Airport.
2 hour drive from Ancona Airport.
2 hour drive from Rome Airports.
The apartment is within walking distance of the train station and bus stop. The train runs regularly to Lanciano, Pescara/North and Vasto/South. The bus runs inland to Lanciano and onto the outlying towns/villages.
Distances
San Vito Chietino is a 2 minute walk away. The marina is less than 10 minutes and Lanciano is a 10 minute drive.

We have 2 x mountain bikes available to hire for 10 euros per bike per day.
