The house has been beautifully restored and is only just open to guests - with original brickwork, exposed beams, fireplaces, arches, combined with stainless steel state of the art kitchens, designer bathrooms, four poster beds, double heighted reception rooms, and modern conveniences such as underfloor heating, infinity 20 metre pool, tennis court, outdoor lighting, tv and music room. The house can sleep 10-16 (all rooms but one with en-suite). Surrounded by formal gardens, cypress trees, olive trees, a vegetable garden, flowing seamlessly into endless mountainous Umbrian views.
