Lakeview from terrace

|
The house is located up a hill above the town of Trevignano Romano. Set in a garden with olives, vines and fruit trees, it has two separate floors; 2 bedroom areas and 1 bathroom on each. It was built as an artist's studio with large windows and high ceiling to let the sunlight in. The studio has now become a large open-plan living room with settee and armchairs facing the fireplace. There is an open kitchen area in one corner and dining table next to it close to the terrace. Sliding doors, which can be left open in warm weather, lead from the living area onto a wide covered terrace with spectacular view of the lake and hills around. There is a table for dining on the terrace and deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing. The ground floor which is reached by outside steps consists of a lounge room, a single and double bed-room and a bathroom with another covered terrace facing the lake.

Further details
Trevignano Romano is the smallest of the three villages on the lake. Facing south, it basks in the sun all day and late in the evening in the summer. The village of Trevignano has an old center of cobbled streets and tiny houses and is well-provided with food shops, small supermarkets, bars, internet point and delightful restaurants.
